1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the p77 website and services (collectively referred to as the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User, Player, or Customer) and p77 (the Operator, We, Us, or Our). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing bets.

p77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and use p77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p77 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and failure to provide valid proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly permitted by law. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play. You acknowledge sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You may create only one account per person. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void all bets, confiscate bonuses, and withhold withdrawals. By registering an account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours, though actual processing times may vary based on payment method, account verification status, withdrawal amount, and compliance checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and payment method, ranging from ৳50,000 to ৳5,000,000 per transaction.

Before processing your first withdrawal, p77 requires account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. • Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are offered at p77's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying that your bet details (stake amount, selection, odds, etc.) are correct before confirming. p77 will not be held responsible for errors made by you when placing bets. In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), p77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and p77 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. p77's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms to any third party. p77 may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time without your consent or notice. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
